OPAL

OPAL is one of the four buildings of the BENVIL JEWELS Residential Clubs project. The building is set in the southeastern part of Sofia, Lozenetc quarter, "VEC-Simeonovo" area.

OPAL represents a new concept of dimensions and space, comfort and tranquility in the foot of the Vitosha Mountain. The area is tobe one of the most promising, luxurious and convenient residential quarters in the capital city. The low-leveled buildings, green areas and secured complexes define a new image of urbanization of this area. It is close to the heart of the city, yet, at the same time offers the tranquility of an out of town estate. OPAL overlooks Vitosha Mountains to one side and has a panoramic view of Sofia city on the other.

OPAL is a 5-floors residential building with basement and underground parking. It is constructed of 2918 sq.m, located over 1090 sq.m. and has the allure of a single-family house.
