About the company

Benvil Jewels Residential Clubs is a project of ATASCO Ltd. The owner holding was established in Bulgaria as a real estate company with a charter to invest in real estate ventures in that country. The company operates with 100 % private capital, of which 60% belongs to an American company, 30% to Israeli company and 10% to a Bulgarian one.


ATASCO is the main shareholder of the four companies which develop and construct residential and commercial buildings in Sofia. The companies are as follows: BJL Ltd., BJL Residence Ltd., B&Co Ltd. and Benvil R Ltd. Each one of those entities is involved in a different real estate project.


The project Benvil Jewels Residential Clubs consists of four buildings named after the precious stones OPAL, DIAMOND, ONYX, and EMERALD. The locations of the buildings are chosen within the Lozenets municipality and at the Vitosha VEC-Simeonovo area. They are among the most convenient and comfortable residential areas in Sofia.
